Using the site
Food Challenges Club is a free directory of restaurant-hosted eating challenges. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
The health warning you should actually read
Food challenges are extreme eating. They can be genuinely dangerous — choking, allergic reactions, capsaicin burns, and worse. We list challenges for information only; we don't run them, endorse them, or verify their safety. Whether you attempt one is entirely your decision and entirely your risk. Check with the restaurant (and, honestly, your doctor) before attempting anything listed here. Restaurants may require waivers; read them.
Accuracy
Listings are community-submitted and human-reviewed, but prices, rules, prizes, and availability change without notice. We make no guarantee any listing is current or correct. Always confirm with the restaurant before making a trip. Spot an error? Use “Suggest an edit” on the challenge page.
Your submissions
When you submit a challenge, an edit, an attempt, or any other content, you confirm it's accurate to your knowledge and you have the right to share it, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, edit, and distribute it as part of the site. We may edit, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion. Don't submit spam, ads disguised as challenges, or content you don't have rights to.
Accounts
Accounts exist so your logged attempts appear on your public profile. You're responsible for what's posted from your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the site. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via the contact below.
Restaurants & trademarks
Restaurant names, challenge names, and logos belong to their owners. A listing here doesn't imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the restaurant. If you own a restaurant and want a listing corrected or removed, email [SENSITIVE] and we'll act promptly.
No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or your attempt at any listed challenge — including the ones involving ghost peppers.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
