Rules
Consume 13 softball-sized ice cream scoops (one for each original colony) plus toppings (4 scoops dry toppings, 4 pumps liquid toppings, whipped cream, nuts, sprinkles, cherries) served in an upside-down Liberty Bell replica within 18 minutes and 16 seconds. Vomiting or barfing results in immediate disqualification. A valid driver's license must be provided.
