Rules

Challenger must be 18 years or older and sign a liability waiver. Must consume the entire 3+ pound bowl of noodles and toppings plus 24 ounces of 4-million-Scoville Tonkotsu broth within 8 minutes without leaving the seating area. Failure to complete results in $50 charge.
