* Eat 72 oz of steak (about 2 kg total, usually served as three steaks)
* Finish one potato side (fries, Jojo’s, mashed, or baked)
* Finish one side salad with dressing
* Time limit is 1 hour (60 minutes)
* Must finish everything on the plate
* If completed, the meal is free
* If not completed, cost is $99
* No sharing food
* No leaving the table during the challenge
* Disqualified if you throw up or cannot continue
