Meg's Monster Sandwich Challenge

Complete a full English breakfast (5 sausages, 5 eggs, 5 bacon rashers, baked beans, black pudding, mushrooms, hash browns) wrapped in a giant 28-inch sub roll within 45 minutes. The dense bread is the primary challenge. You may let the food cool, drink liquids, and eat at your own pace—just finish the entire sandwich by the 45-minute mark.
