Rules
Finish all 3.5kg of French toast in 30 minutes. The dish consists of an entire Pullmans loaf baked in a giant square tin, topped with whipped mascarpone, macerated berries, maple, white chocolate and almond crumble. Successful competitors receive the meal free and exclusive Diggle Lock merchandise; unsuccessful competitors pay £30.
